Description

The purpose of this amendment is to: 1.Under Addendum to FAR 212-1 Item (h). Revise as follows: Any questions to the solicitation will be submitted in writing, by email to the POC listed in Paragraph (g) above. Telephone questions will not be accepted nor responded to. 2.Under PROPOSAL COMPOSITION- Section 4(a) CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS. DELETE the last sentence DO NOT PROVIDE CURRICULUM VITAE (CV). Section 4(a)- (ii)- change title to KEY PERSONNEL SKILLS. 3.UNDER FAR 52.212-2 Technical Sub-Factor 1- Item 1A- KEY PERSONNEL. REVISE AS FOLLOWS: 1A- KEY PERSONNEL. The extent, quality and skills of the offerors proposed staffing and demonstrate each persons capabilities to successfully execute assigned responsibilities for the required services. 4.Except as provided herein, all other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
