- Description
- Work consists of furnishing all equipment, labor, materials and incidential items necessary to install equipment placed stacked rock, channel lining, plunge pools, and rock vanes along Johnson Hill Brook and Freer Hollow. The approximate dimensions for the 1st site stacked rock wall will be 7 ft total height by 109 ft long for the channel lining 10 ft wide by 20 ft long, and one plunge pool, and for the 2nd site a stacked wall with a 9 ft total height by 38 ft long, with one rock vane and one plunge pool, for the 3rd site one plunge pool and one rock vane. Estimate price range is $100,000 - $250,000. Competition is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Solicitation package will be available for download from this site on or before May 30, 2007. A prebid conference and site visit is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, June 6, 2007 at the USDA NRCS field office, 44 West Street, Suite 1, Walton, NY. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded under sealed bidding procures. Davis Bacon wage rates apply.
