- Description
- Work consists of furnishing all equipment, labor, materials and incidential items necessary to install equipment placed stacked rock, sloped rock riprap, plunge pools, rock vanes, and rock lined channels along Marvin Hollow and Oxbow Hollow. The approximate dimensions for the 1st site stacked rock wall will have a 11 ft total height by 30 ft, for the sloped rock 11 ft total height by 30 ft long, and one plunge pool 20 ft by 30 ft by 5 ft deep, for the stacked rock 8 ft total height by 135 ft long, for the 2nd site stacked rock 11 feet total height by 110 ft long and the sloped rock riprap 11 ft total height by 50 ft long, a rock lined channel 10 wide by 30 ft long, and one rock vane, a stacked block wall 9 feet total height by 20 long and channel lining 30 ft long by 10 ft wide and 5 ft deep. Estimate price range is $100,000 - $250,000. Competition is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Solicitation package will be available for download from this site on or before May 30, 2007. A prebid conference and site visit is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, June 6, 2007 at the USDA NRCS field office, 44 West Street, Suite 1, Walton, NY. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded under sealed bidding procures. Davis Bacon wage rates apply.
