- Description
- The General Services Administration seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 2,306 rentable sq. ft in Farmington, New Mexico within the following designated area: The boundaries are the City Limits of Farmington, New Mexico. The space should yield a minimum of 2,005 ANSI/BOMA usable sq. ft. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than July 1, 2007. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing no later than February 23, 2007, and should include the following information: street address and building name, if applicable; square footage offered, name, address and phone number of individual to be contacted; and evidence of authority to represent the owner.
