- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION (MASTER CONTROL CHANNEL EQUIPMENT) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation/synopsis reference number 2165-7199-0632 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18. (1) FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items) (JAN 2005): (a) Re para (a): NAICS 334220; this requirement is unrestricted Standard 13 Mil.
