- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for online (web-based) training for Preventing Employment Discrimination and Preventing Sexual Harassment prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. EOEWC7RE010-1 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). To obtain a copy of the RFQ to include the Statement of Work, contact the contract specialist, Cathy Beckstedt at (614) 693-0113 or by email at Cathy.Beckstedt@dfas.mil. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. This requirement is solicited as total small business set aside. The requirement is for online, web-based training for Preventing Employment Discrimination and Preventing Sexual Harassment located at the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), Indianapolis, IN. The training shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work in the Request for Quotation. This is a total performance contract in that all contract requirements must be maintained at all times. The period of performance is from the time of award, including 4 one year option periods to be be exercised at the Government?s discretion, with inspection and acceptance at destination and F.O.B. destination. The following provisions apply to include any addenda - 52.212-1, Instruction to Offers ? Commercial; 52.212-2, Evaluation ? Commercial Items, 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items (offerors are to complete when returning their offer); 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) assigned rating is DOC9.
