Description

GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION OFFICE SPACE NEEDED The General Services Administration (GSA), of The United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 7,343 BOMA usable square feet of office and related space for the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Lease is tentatively for a term of 5 years, 3 years firm, with occupancy to commence no later than October 14, 2007. First consideration will be given to locations with in or adjacent to the City Limits of Fort Duchesne, Utah, If no offers are received that fully comply with the minimum requirements within the above boundaries, other alternative sites, will be considered. The space must be fully handicapped accessible and cannot be within the 500-year floodplain.
