- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 5,276 rentable square feet in Miami, Florida within the following delineated area: North - Sunrise Blvd; South ? NW 106th St; East ? NW 87th Ave/Nob Hill Rd; West ? Florida's Turnpike/NW 172nd Ave/Sawgrass Expressway. The space should yield a minimum of 4,588 BOMA Office Area square feet with ample parking located within a two-block radius of the office. Parking requirements are as follows: Minimum of 20 spaces shall be available at no cost, or at reasonable commercial rates, for visitors and employees. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 1, 2008. Street-level, contiguous (same floor) space is preferred. Contiguous upper-floor space on one floor is an acceptable alternative. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. All services, utilities and tenant improvements must be provided as part of the rental consideration.
