- The Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC) Contracts Department (891-1), intends to solicit and contract for the subject supplies on a sole source basis to Hicklin Engineering. The Solicitation number is assigned for administrative purposes only as preparation of proposal is not anticipated. The NACIS Code is 334519 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The item required must be compatible with existing equipment which is proprietary to Hicklin Engineering. Item 0001:1 EA: Cross Drive Dynamometer Test System, Part Number: HTDE-1000. The following options are also required- 1 EA: Control Console ND Computer System, P/N: TDAC-MC; 1EA: Transmission Adapter Kit, P/N#53-K-1026 X-1100-3B; 1 EA: Transmission Adapter Kit, P/N# 53-K-1029 XT-1410-SA; 1EA:Transmission Adapter Kit, P/N# 53-K-1108MC2 HS 525; 2EA: Eddy Current Power Absorption Units, P/N# 53-A-1073; 1EA: Control Center for TDAC-MC Control Counsel and Computer System; 1 EA: Setup, Installation, T raining, Services Contract, and rigging; 1 EA: Warranty. Manufacturer: Hicklin Engineering (Cage Code 63936). F.O.B. Destination. Deliver to MCLC Barstow, CA 92311. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. Such offers must be supported by information to enable the Government to evaluate an offeror's ability to provide this item without the Government providing technical data. All sources must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database (http://www.ccr.gov). The United States Marine Corps utilizes Wide Area Work Flow as its ONLY authorized method to electronically process vendor requests for payment.
