Description

The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to issue a sole source award to Lockheed Martin Space Operations Company, Stennis Space Center, MS, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The Statement of Work describes tasking for process improvement support requiring knowledge and expertise in N64 Processes including N64 Quality Assurance (QA), Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Personal Software Process (PSP), SEI Team Software Process (TSP), Earned Value (EV), N64 Process Training, N64 Inspection Process, and Enterprise Process Asset Libraries. This action requires access to proprietary enterprise process assets. A firm fixed price, level of effort (FFP/LOE) purchase order is anticipated with an estimated ceiling amount of $35K. The period of performance is one year from date of contract award. The NAICS assigned to this action is 541511 ($23.0M). This synopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note 22.
