- Description
- The US Geological Survey intends to award a noncompetitive purchase order to Landmark Graphics of Houston, TX for SeisWorks 2D license, OpenWorks license and software maintenance. Noncompetitive award is being made because the user possesses two SeisWorks licenses and increased workload has created significant bottlenecks in user access. These products are proprietary products of Landmark Graphics Corporation. As such, Landmark Graphics is the sole source for sales and support of the SeisWorks product. Delivery will be FOB Destination to Menlo Park, CA. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement to the Contract Specialist by e-mail (rpaprocki@usgs.gov) no later than the response date shown in the announcement.
