- Description
- This requirement is for medical supplies for the Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), Fort Sam Houston, TX. All items are required to isolate, culture, and/or identify viruses fro specimens submitted to BAMC for diagnostic testing. Contractor shall p rovide the following reagents on a defined monthly schedule: A549 TUBE; MONKEY KIDNEY RHESUS W/ANTISER; LOW DENSITY HEP 2; MRC-5 HUMAN EMBRYONIC LUNG; MONKEY KIDNEY RHESUS W/O ANTISER; MRC-5; R-MIX SV/CS; REIGHT/REFRIGERATION. These reagents must be Bran d Name or Equal. FOB is Destination Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX. This procurement will result in an issuance of a Purchase Order contract award based on offer(s) that are lowest priced and technically acceptable (LPTA). Contract pe riod will be 1 October 2007 through 30 September 2008. The RFP will be issued on or about 30 August 2007 and will be available at https://acquisition.army.mil.asfi/gov_personnel_main.cfm. This acquisition will be processed under the commercial item procedu res of FAR Part 12. This procurement is unrestricted and all responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued and telephone requests for fax copies of this solicitation will not be accep ted.
