- This is a notice of intent of the Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC), Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234-5068 to award an interim contract on a sole source basis to ViroMed Laboratories, Inc., 6101 Blue Circle Drive, Eden Prairie, MN 55343. The co ntract is to provide HIV-1 antibody testing and reporting for the United States Military Entrance Processing Command (MEPCOM) for a period of six (6) months from 1 October 2007 to 31 March 2008. The CHCC intends to solicit and negotiate only with ViroMed Laboratories, Inc. under authority 10 USC 2304 ( c)(1). This is a sole source award; however, any offers from interested parties will be considered.
