- US Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, intends to procure Fire Alarm Maintenance Services and preventive maintenance program for the Antilles Office Compound located at 400 Fernandez Juncos Ave., San Juan, Puerto Rico. The contractor sha ll provide all material, labor, and equipment to perform this service. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. Period of Performance will be for one base year with three option years. Prospective bidders must bid on the base year and all option year s. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quotation, conforming to this Request for Quotation (RFQ), will be most advantageous to the Government. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100 % Small Business Set-Aside, therefore only small businesses are invited to respond. The applicable NAICS Code is 561621, Small Business Size Standard is $11.5 Million. Solicitation W912EP 07 T 0048 will be issued on or about 10 September 2007 and offers due on or about 20 September 2007. Solicitation w ill be issued in electronic format only and will be posted on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Web Site, https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ No phone or fax request for copy of solicitation will be accepted. In addition, in order to generate a Plan Holders List, all interested bidders must also REGISTER AS INTERESTED VENDOR which is also located on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Registration Requirements: DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration (CCR) applies to this procurement. You must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration in order to be eligible to receive an awar d from this solicitation.
