- JANITORIAL SERVICES INCLUDING SUPPLIES, CENTRAL TEXAS AREA W9126G-07-T-0242 Point of Contact: Andrea Bartula, Contract Specialist, (817) 886-1061. The Government requires janitorial services and supplies for recruiting offices in various cities in central Texas as specified in the solicitation. Solicitation will issue on 27 August 2007. Quotes will be due 10 September 2007 by 11:00 AM, central time. Period of performance is base year: 1 October 2007 30 September 2008 including four (4) option periods/years in twelve (12) month increments ther eafter (1 October 30 September annually). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 561720. Small Business Size Standard is $15,000,000.00. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business firm s. The performance specifications are included in the solicitation. The solicitation can be downloaded using the link below.
