- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. There is one (1) contract line item number for one (1) each, 20' International Standards Organization (ISO) Shelter for CALSETS AN/GSM-421(V2)with Electro-Magnetic Interference (EMI) Shielded; Door, Centered on rear; Electrical Pass-through panel; two (2) each front wall mounted Environmental Control Units (ECUs) using Model #S90160-18KH-3, National Stock Number (NSN): 4120-01-523-4472 Electrical wired and working. Delivery is required 150 days from date of contract award with Inspection/Acceptance and FO B points at destination. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; 52.212-3, Evaluation-Commercial Items; and 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
