- The following information is provided in response to questions/comments posed: Question: On page 54, Section L, Paragraph 2.2.1 defines a page limit of 25 pages for the response to the overall proposal exclusive of the cost volume. Is the response to Task Order 1, 120mm XM360 Gun assembly Support, included in this page count? Answer: Yes the response to Task Order 1, is included in this page count Question: Is the CLIN 0001 Engineering Support Services ??? Master FFP based on the hours in the matrix provided? Is the CLIN 0002 Engineering Support Services ??? Master T&M based on the same hours in the matrix provided at the same/different/discounted rate or is it for the task only? Answer: The matrix provided is a guideline for use of the Offerors. According to Section L, Paragraph 3.1.3, Volume III ??? Price, Offerors shall submit a firm fixed price proposal for the labor rates, overhead, direct costs, indirect costs, general and administrative costs, etc. Offerors must propose on all Line Items in order to be considered for award. It is at the Offerors discretion to provide same/different/discounted rates.
