- The U. S. Department of the Army, Headquarters U.S. Army Joint Munitions and Lethality Life Cycle Management Command (JM&L-LCMC) Acquisition Center, Picatinny Arsenal, in support of the U. S. Army LHMBC Accessory Dismounted Fire Control Systems Division intends to solicit, negotiate, and award on a sole source basis, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (a) (2) (ii) (A) (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements) to Taylor Made Cases, Inc., 6415 Zacks Mill Road, Angler, NC 27501 for the procurement of Taylor Made Winter Cases for small type A and large type B units, which are an accessory to support the U.S. Army???s M32 Lightweight handheld Mortar Ballistic Computer (LHMBC) system. The low temperature requirement must allow the system to operate at minus 25 degrees Fahrenheit. The Taylor Made Cases are to be delivered no later than 90 days after contract award. Description of Supply: Items: Winter Case for Small Type A Unit, Qty = 460, Part Number ??? TM-CMLP-A & Winter Case for Large Type B Unit, Qty = 2010, Part Number ??? TM-CLHMBC ??? B.
