- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of (Four Each) (4EA) SL-520P Doppler radar System. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEGOTIATE ON A SOLE SOU RCE BASIS WITH: WEIBEL SCIENTIFIC A/S; SOLVANG 30, ALLEROD, 3450, DNK. THIS IS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF: (Four each) (4EA) SL-520P Doppler radar System). PURSUANT TO 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( C ) (1), ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLMNE SOURCE, AND FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULA TION 6.302-1, SUPPLIES, SERVICES AND/OR EQUIPMENT ARE AVAILABLE FROM ONE RESPONSIBLE SOURCE AND NO OTHER TYPE OF SUPPLIES, SERVICES AND/OR EQUIPMENT WILL SATISFY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS. The SL-520P Doppler radar System must meet or exceed the listed specifications. The system will be inspected in accordance with the specification check list. The inspection will be conducted by personnel from the Joint Test Facilities Branch at Dugway P roving Ground Utah. This Procurement is (FOB Destination). The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is: 5841. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3812. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) is 334511 (750 employees). The following is the required specification list and inspection check list: (a) (FOUR EACH) 4 ea. SL-520P Doppler Radar Systems consisting of the following: (FOUR EACH) 4 ea. SL-520P Antenna, (FOUR EACH) 4 ea. Tripod, (FOUR EACH) 4 ea. 76m cable, (FOUR EACH) 4 ea. PC w ith WinDopp, (FOUR EACH) 4ea.Operator/Maintenance Manuals, and On-site operational Training. ALL FOUR RADARS MUST BE TUNED TO DIFFERENT FREQUENCIES. Supporting evidence must be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the governments requirements. Submit written offers (oral offerers will not be accepted), on W911S6-07-T-0098. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
