- The Contractor shall furnish the services of transporting F100 and F110 series Tinker aircraft engines by commercial air-suspension trucks as set forth in this PWS in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and applicable Japanese Government laws and regulations for land transportation. Award will be made to multiple offerors whose offer represent the best value to the U.S. Government based on the evaluation of offered price lists.
