- PRE SOLICITATION NOTICE COMMERCIAL SERVICES: Elmendorf AFB has requirements for kitchen hood and duct cleaning and maintenance at various locations throughout the base. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools and other items necessary to provide required services. Contractor must be available for emergency call services. Solicitation will be available on or about 28 August 2007 with a closing date of 5 workdays thereafter.. This project is set aside for a SMALL BUSINESS under NAICS Code 561720. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. All offerors shall submit Offeror Representations and Certifications IAW Far 52.212-3 and DFARS 252.212-7000 with their proposals unless they have registered through Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov. Successful offeror must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov prior to award. Solicitation specifications will only be available through the Electronic Posting System (EPS) at http://www.fbo.gov.
