- Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Petroleum Analyzer Company (PAC), under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is to perform annual maintenance on the Oil Analysis System Viscometer located in building 3001 at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. The proposed period of performance is 1 October 07 through 30 September 08, plus Two (2) one year options from 1 October 08 through 30 September 09 and 1 October 09 through 30 September 2010. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. The solicitation will post on or about 29 Aug 07. Central Contractor Registration is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.org. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 with a size standard of $6.5 million dollars. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
