- Special BAA announcement MNK-BAA-07-0005, as revised through Amendment 3, is further revised as follows. The due date for proposals is unchanged and remains not later than 2:00 PM Central Time, 5 Sep 07, to AFRL/MNK, attention Mr. Mark Fitzgerald and Mr. Chris Slayton: Paragraph D ? PROPOSAL PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS, subparagraph (5), Page Limits and Preparation Guidance, is revised to add the following instructions: ?The page margins of the formal technical and cost proposals shall be a minimum of one inch at the top, bottom, left and right margins. The minimum line spacing shall be single line spacing.?
