- Description
- The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall AFB, ID, is contemplating an award for Portable Latrine Service at Tyndall AFB, FL. The contractor shall service portable latrines a minimum of once per week. Services shall include pumping of all waste materials from unit, cleaning and disinfecting the interior, and restoring the chemical effectiveness of the liquid chamber. At least once a month, the latrines shall be washed with a germicide to prevent odor and bacteria build up. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed-priced base year period of 1 Oct 2007 through 30 Sep 2008 with 4 option years, which may extend the contract until 30 Sep 12. This acquisition is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562991. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $6.5 million.
