- Description
- The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza South, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112 will issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for (0001) Rental of Hall within Local Montgomery AL Area to conduct SNCOA Graduation Ceremonies (with the capability of seating 1,100 people); includes parking. Graduation Dates: 20 Nov 07, 26 Feb 08, 1 May 08, 23 Jul 08, and 16 Sep 08. (0002) For the ceremonies provide Audio Visual Equipment (includes 2 EIKE 2K projectors, 12' X 16' front projection screens, platforms, spot lights, and associated hardware). (0003) Provide security and Fire Marshall service during the ceremonies. Ceremonies to be held at vendor's location. Five graduation ceremonies will be conducted as indicated in CLIN 0001. This will be a Firm-Fixed price contract. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 531120 with a business size standard of $6.5 million. The announcement will be available on the FedBizOpps (FBO) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about 31 August 2007. Paper copies will not be available.
