- Description
- This is a notice of intent of the VA North Texas Healthcare System, 4500 S. Lancaster Road, Dallas, TX., to negotiate a contract with a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), to provide the completion of dental lab cases to include, but are not limited to, complete dentures, removable partial dentures, gold and porcelain crowns, and fixed partial dentures (bridges), both full cast gold and porcelain fused to metal., must be a licensed dental laboratory. Work will be on site at the respective dental laboratory, and all completed cases will be mailed to VANTHCS in a timely manner. The anticipated contract will be from date of award until the end of the fiscal year. This procurement is being conducted under the authority of FAR parts 12. The authority cited and justification made is based on the determination that the Government's need be satisfied by services available from this set-aside. Other Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by September 7, 2007 at 3:00pm CST. Inquires may be sent to Contracting Officer via email fax and phone responses will not be accepted. Payment will be based on their individual charges for each of the procedures. Payment will not be made for a case until the case is complete, and VANTHCS has received the case in the mail. Contract dental laboratory will invoice VANTHCS on a monthly basis for cases that are completed and returned to VANTHCS.
