- The U.S. Department of State, Office of Acquisition Management intends to issue a Sole Source Award to The Training Connection, Inc., Woodbridge, VA for the acquisition of Civil Service Mentoring Support Services which include a) A web-based delivery system to facilitate the mentoring process; b) Matching Orientation Workshop; c) Mid-point Program Evaluation; d) End of Program Evaluation. The Training Connection, Inc. is the only identified source that can meet this requirement. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C.253(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. The total estimated cost for this purchase is approximately $31,385 (USD).
