- This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officers to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000. Further in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 it is the intent of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to make award to the Internet Video and Imaging, Inc. The intended order will provide for View Commander NVR Professional Version 3 Base System Software w/VCA Advanced Archiving feature (inclusive of 2 camera licenses). Further the order will accommodate the procurement of ViewCommander - NVR Professional Camera License w/VCA Advanced Archiving feature. Internet Video and Imaging, Inc. is the only vendor that distributes the required enhanced version of View Commander. Which provides remote users access to the system via a web browser, and allow remote downloading of video segments in the native View Commander Format preserving the original image integrity, timestamps, digital fingerprints and other video information. As a result Internet Video and Imaging, Inc. is the only responsible source to provide the necessary software to meet DEA requirements.
