- This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officers to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000. Further in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 it is the intent of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to make award to the Radio Reconnaissance Technologies, Inc. The NEMO system is utilized for measuring and mapping the air interface of the various wireless networks in a given area. This system is ruggedized for field deployment and measures all three of the primary wireless protocols (GSM, CDMA, and iDEN) required for DEA OTA missions. Further it is compliant with Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement (CALEA)Radio Reconnaissance Technologies, Inc. RRT builds the unit into a tough, rugged, containerized system which is designed for deployment by law enforcement units. Research has determined that there is no other ruggedized system which measures all three protocols. As a result Radio Reconnaissance Technologies, Inc is the only responsible source to systems to meet DEA requirements.
