- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is EA133F-07-RQ-0843. The U.S. Dept of Commerce, National Marine Fisheries Service, 166 Water St., Woods Hole, MA 02543 has a requirement for the following Simrad, 1010 SE Everett Mall, Suite 101, Everett, WA. 98208 Parts. This solicitation is for the following Simrad Parts: One (1) each Simrad PI-32 Spread Sensor ? P13-206869; One (1) each Simrad PI-32 Spread Remote ? P13-206870; Two (2) each Simrad PI-32 Height Sensor ? PI-H; Two (2) each Simrad PI-32 Hull Mounted Transducers ? HYD-205254; One (1) each Simrad PI-44 Brige Unit Display P13-208872; Two (2) each Programming Cable ? 380-208429; Two (2) each PI-Spread Door Adapter ? P13-207617; Two (2) each PI Door Adapter P13-207618; Sensor Quick Charger ? LAD-207624. The parts shall be delivered FOB Destination to the National Marine Fisheries, 166 Water Street, Woods Hole, MA 02543. This procurement is being solicited as unrestricted and full and open competition. The resulting purchase order will be negotiated as a firm-fixed price Purchase Order. In order to comply with the debt collection improvement act of 1966, all contractors must be registered in the central contractor registration (CCR) to be considered for an award of a federal contract. For information regarding registration in CCR contact the CCR website at www.ccr.gov/index.cfm. The FSC for this is 6665 and the NAICS Code is 334511, small business size standard is 750 employees. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19 FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification?Commercial Items (Nov 2006) --Offerors must include a completed copy of its provision with their offer or complete only paragraph (j) of the provision if the offeror has completed the annual representation and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. If an offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the ORCA website; the offeror shall complete only paragraphs (b) through (i) of this provision; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Mar 2007) applies and the following additional FAR clauses cited in the clause at paragraph (b) are applicable to this acquisition, as such consider the following clauses checked, (15), (17), (18), (19), (28) and (33).
