Description
PR NO: 0016074489. This solicitation is for a Firmed Fixed quantity contract. Origin Inspection required. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestrictedA100% small business set-aside on the basis of full and open competition after exclusion of sources. The NSN is as follows: 6115-00-363-3957 with a 286 day delivery ARO. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. There is a first article test requirement with contractor testing. FOB Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
