- Description
- The U.S. Government Printing Office(GPO)has a requirement to procure two cutter/stackers manufactured by Hunkeler and distributed by Standard Finishing. These cutter/stackers are used to cut and stack printed documents that are printed on web fed digital printers. GPO intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 to Standard Finishing. This notice is neither a request for propoosal nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All parties interested may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. See Note 22.
