- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference no. N611287220832 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-17 Effective 14 June 2007. Set Aside: Unrestricted. SIC 5021 and NAICS 337214. A written proposal is requested to provide Office Furniture/Seating and Systems Furniture. SPECIFICATIONS: FURNISH ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND REMOVAL OF EXISTING FURNITURES AND CUBICLES MAY BE NECESSARY. A COMPLETE LIST OF FURNITURES AND LAYOUT IS PROVIDED. FOB Destination. Deliver/Ship to Location: COMNAVREGMARIANAS GUAM, BUILDING 3190 SUMAY DRIVE, SANTA RITA, G UAM 96915. REQUIRED DELIVERY DATE: 1 NOVEMBER 2007. All prospective quoters are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to this solicitation. Bidders may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (1) Price, (2) Quality, (3) Delivery and (4) Past Performance. The contractor shall provide the contract number, POC: Name, email, phone number of the contracting activity listed on the past performance . The Government intends to make a Firm-Fixed Price single award contract. Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) to be eligible for Department of Defense Contract awards.
