Vendor to warrant for a period of no less than 1 year that all supplied items are free of manufactures defects. Vendor shall repair / replace any unsatisfactory items at vendor?s expense. ? Vendor to provide operation / service manual for all items requested ? Minimum configuration to include the following: 1. Power Supply 2. Lux Y Handpiece ? Yellow 3. Starter Kit 4. Business Builder Kit 5. Training (min 1 day / Government to pay all travel expenses) ? Vendor price shall be inclusive of all cost including shipping and handling ? Vendor to provide installation and initial set-up assistance as needed (ie: vendor to provide as a minimum telephone support to install & set-up) ? All items received are to be certified for use (where applicable) in US based hospitals.
