Description

The Contractor shall provide part time Primary Care Physician services to perform inpatient and outpatient Primary Care Physician services required for Government beneficiaries. The Contractor shall provide care at 39th Medical Group. Contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, consultations and reports. Contractor care shall be as comprehensive as government supplied facilities, equipment and support services permit. Performance shall be according to the requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-priced contract, with a base period of one year and four one-year options. Base Period of Performance will be from 15 September 2007 - 14 September 2008. A formal Request For Proposals (RFP) will be issued on or about 27 August 2007 via Fed Biz Opps. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov) in order to be eligible for award. Instructions for registering are available at the CCR website. 1. DUE TO ESTABLISHED ECONOMIC AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT AND THE GOVERNMENT OF TURKEY, THE AIR FORCE INTENDS TO AWARD SOLICITATIONS TO BUSINESS CONCERNS WITHIN THE COUNTRY OF TURKEY. THEREFORE, PROPOSALS FROM BUSINESS CONCERNS OUTSIDE OF TURKEY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. 2. SOLICITATION CAN BE ELECTRONICALLY ACCESSED AT THIS SITE.
