- The United States Air Force intends to negotiate sole source with Ovid Technologies Inc., Norwood, MA. For the purchases of renewing subscription for the period of 01 OCT 2007 ? 30 SEP 2008. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 01 OCT 2007. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
