- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA4830-07-Q-0048 and is issued as Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 correction, DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20070212, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2007-0314. This solicitation will be issued as a total set aside for small business IAW FAR 19.502-2. The North American Industry Classification System is 238990. The size standard is $13.0 million. The BID SCHEDULE shall be for: LINE ITEM 0001 QTY 6 EA: Ground padding for obstacle course rappel tower, pads must be small and light enough to be moved by one person and must have waterproof bottom to prevent moisture from soaking up: 16 ft long x 7 ft wide x 5 ft high Color: Green. LINE ITEM 0002 QTY 1 EA: Weather cover to fit over ground padding, must be join all pads, be waterproof, abrasive resistant and removeable. 36 ft long x 25 feet wide Color: Green. LINE ITEM 0003 QTY 1 EA: Wall pad for lower part of rappel tower: 290 in long x 126 in wide x 6 in thick Color: Green. LINE ITEM 0004 QTY 1 EA: Wall pad for upper part of rappel tower: 290 in long x 84 in wide x 6 thick Color: Green. LINE ITEM 0005 QTY 1 EA: Shipping to 820 SFG, 9551 Luke St. Moody AFB, GA 31699. Measurements provided for informational purposes only. Offerors are responsible for making accurate measurements, site visits are highly encouraged (at the offerors expense) and can be coordinated through Lt Davis. DELIVERY: Shall be delivered to MOODY AFB GA 31699. FOB POINT: Destination price must include shipping. Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The following addenda is provided to this provision: Request for Quotation should be submitted and shall contain the following information: SOLICITATION NUMBER; TIME SPECIFIED FOR RECEIPT OF OFFERS; NAME; ADDRESS; TELEPHONE NUMBER OF OFFEROR; TERMS OF THE EXPRESSED WARRANTY; PRICE, ANY DISCOUNT TERMS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ALL SOLICITATION AMENDMENTS. Quote shall also contain all other documentation specified herein. Signed quotes must indicate quantity, unit price and total amount. Offerors that fail to furnish the required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration.
