- Description
- The Government of the United States of American is seeking to Lease construct a building for approximately 119,000 rentable square feet of office and related space. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 84,000 square feet of ANSI/BOMI Office Area for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishing, and equipment. Located in Lakewood, Colorado for occupancy not later than March 1, 2004. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-MAY-2002).
