- This solicitation will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The award will be for a base year and 2 option periods. NSN 6810-00-141-2942 for Citric Acid, Anhydrous, Technical, Physical form Crystal in accordance with A-A-59147 NOT 1. Unit fiber drum contains 50 lbs net wt. MSDS/OSHA Hazard Warning Labels are Required. Market Acceptability. The Products offered must also maintain a commercial market acceptability record for the duration of all contracts. Critical Application Item. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Delivery required is 30 DARO. The Guaranteed Minimum for the Base Year Only is 204 DR. The Estimated Annual Demand is 816 DR. The Maximum Annual Contract Qty is 1632 DR. This procurement is 100% Set Aside for Small Business, Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Source. The solicitation will be issued on or about 2 May 2007 and closing date will be 16 May 2007. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation.
