- Consultant Opportunity Subcontract Help Applied Technology Systems Inc. (ATSI) is soliciting cost proposals from qualified professional consultants to provide subcontracted services to the Detroit Job Corps Center. Cost proposals are being accepted for the following subcontract position: Curriculum Development and Training Consultant Services are to be provided for a period of nine months. Services shall include evaluation design, evaluation instruments, evaluation protocols, on-site evaluation, establishment of goals and milestones for the center, evaluation reports and recommendations, curriculum design and development, instructional delivery design, interview assessments, observation assessments, analysis report, workshop design, workshop delivery, classroom observations and coaching workshops. Job Corps is a national training and employment program administered by the Department of Labor to address the multiple barriers to employment faced by disadvantaged youth.
