- Description
- The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules, and drawings forming parts thereof, for repair/replacement of Elevators #8 and #11. Work is to include: A) Penthouse: Provide new microprocessor based elevator controller, new A.C. variable voltage, variable frequency drive, refurbish other existing elevator equipment, new A.C., new electrical service panel, replace penthouse doors. B) Elevator Car: Refurbish elevator cars, new ceiling, wall, and flooring finishes. Elevator #11 replace cab. C) Each Floor: Provide new hall buttons, car position indicators, hall lanterns, and refinish elevator doors. D) Electrical: Provide new electrical service panels, provide new electrical feeder for elevator #11. E) Maintenance: Provide full maintenance service for 12 months. The work is located at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) facility at 3200 S. Second Street, St. Louis, MO. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NGA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements by a general contractor who has 5 years successful experience installing and servicing similar elevator installations and has installed at least 10 completed and accepted elevator systems of similar size, scope, logic control, and motion control required by this contract. This project is being set-aside for small business. The performance period for this project is 350 calendar days. The NAICS code is 238290 with a size standard of $13.0M. The approximate cost of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award.
