- The Detroit Job Corps Center, operated for the U.S. Department of Labor by Applied Technology Systems, Inc. (ATSI) is soliciting quotations for Clothing Purchase Allowance Services. Job Corps is a national training and employment program administered by the U.S. Department of Labor to address the multiple barriers to employment faced by disadvantaged youth. All subcontracts listed above will be awarded for one (1) year. Bid packages may be obtained by submitting a Letter of Interest to: Applied Technology Systems, Inc.
