- Applied Technology Systems, Inc. (ATSI) is soliciting bids from qualified medical professionals to provide ON-SITE PHYSICIAN SERVICES to students (ages 16 -24) of the Detroit Job Corps Center. Job Corps is a national training and employment program administered by the Department of Labor to address the multiple barriers to employment faced by disadvantaged youth. All subcontracts listed above will be awarded for a base term with one (1) pre-priced option year.
