- HVAC REPLACEMENT & INTERIOR RENOVATIONS The Southeast Facilities Service Office, U. S. Postal Service, is preparing to advertise for proposals for the subject project at: MARIANNA FL ? MAIN POST OFFICE Solicitation No.: 123125-07-A-0243 Location of Facility: 4396 LAFAYETTE ST, MARIANNA FL 32446-9998 Construction Features: this work includes second floor renovations and HVAC replacement toinclude second floor air handler units, distribution, chiller and rooftop cooling tower. Cost range: $1,170,000 to 1,365,000 Const. time: 330 calendar days. The subcontracting goals for this contract is a minimum of 10% for minority-owned businesses, a minimum of 40% small business enterprises and minimum of 7% for women-owned businesses in accordance with solicitation Section H. 20.
