- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 003 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR INTERPRETING SERVICES. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to add clauses related IT Security, property and access to the Goddard Space Flight Center Facility, as well as amend the evaluation criteria. UNDER THE EVALUATION SECTION THE FOLLOWING LANGUAGE HAS BEEN CHANGED: (4th paragraph) Currently states: Under the Qualifications, Experience and Capabilities subfactor, the Government will also evaluate the following to determine the technical merit of the offer with respect to Enhanced Capabilities: A) Technology knowledge of interpreters as measured by teh length or volume of contracts and experience with Technical or Research and Development organizations. Has changed to: Under the Qualifications, Experience and Capabilities subfactor, the Government will also evaluate the following to determine the technical merit of the offer with respect to Enhanced Capabilities: A) Technology(i.e. computer and office applications such as Word and Excel) knowledge of interpreters. (5th paragraph) Currently States: Offerors MUST provide adequate detail to allow evaluation of each offer (See FAR 52.212-1) including past performance information of at least three previous contracts held with Government Agencies or Private industry. Has changed to: Offerors MUST provide adequate detail to allow evaluation of each offer (See FAR 52.212-1) including past performance information of no more than three previous contracts held with Government Agencies or Private industry. The due date for receipt of offers IS extended to Friday, August 29, 2007 at 4:30 Eastern Standard Time. Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) by the due date for receipt of offers. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet. These documents reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
