- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 004 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR INTERPRETING SERVICES. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to answer the following questions: Who is the current contracting agency who was last awarded this contract? Anne Leahy, Inc. Is GSFC currently satisfied with the performance of the current contractor? Past Performance questions should be submitted through the Freedom of Information Office. What could be improved under the current contract? The Statement of Work reflects the Government's needs and requirement. Is it a requirement that a bidder be in possession of a GSA Contract Number in relation to the above-referenced solicitation? No, GSA vendors are not the only bidders that can respond. Where the interpreting services shall be delivered? The interpreting services will primarily be provided at GSFC. See the Statement of Work for details regarding off-site locations. What is the Period of Performance? 3yrs How many hours per week shall we consider? Maximum amount of hours is 40 per week.(See Statement of Work) Is there an specific weekly schedule / time frame? The schedule is 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.(See Statement of Work) Shall we prepare our proposal in an hourly basis? YES, place your hourly rate on the Pricing Sheet attached. Is there any other detail regarding the service delivery, potentially affecting the final price, that we should consider? No, everything that must be addressed is listed on the pricing list The due date for receipt of offers IS NOT extended and remains August 29, 2007 at 4:30pm Eastern Standard Time. Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) by the due date for receipt of offers. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet. These documents reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
