- Single award contract for the period beginning Date of Award and ending October 31, 2008 for U.S. Government Printing. Approx. 1 to 10 orders per month Each order will usually consist of 1 publication. Approx. 1 set of cut first generation archival silver-gelaatin camera masters and 1 set of second generation archival silver-gelatin direct intermediates. In addition, approx1,100 diazo microfiche sets per order will need to be produce from the contractor's second generation production negative direct duplicate silver gelatin microfiche. The average publication will convert into 16 or 17 microfiche.Operations cover the production of cut microfiche from furnished source documents or furnished microfiche requiring such operations as retrieving data via FTP; pickup, inspection and preparation of source documents; indexing ; preparing titles; stripping headers onto publication masters; microfilming, duplicating, collating, packing, labeling, generating mailing labels; generating Depository Shipping Lists and various reports; distribution; generating magnetic disks; and customer complaints fulfillment.
