- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION. ACTION CODE P IS USED IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE INCLUSION OF THE ATTACHMENT. THE CLOSING DATE IS SEPTEMBER 5, 2007 AT 2:00 P.M. EDT. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number BPD-72500-07-0071 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-19. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 423430 and the size standard is 100 employees. The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) has a requirement for Connect:Direct Maintenance, in accordance with the attached spreadsheet, for the period of performance through June 30, 2008. Award will be based on technically compliant, low price. The Contractor shall propose a price for all items contained within the spreadsheet.
