- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to issue a contract on a sole source basis to General Dynamic's C4 Systems, Inc., 8201 E. McDowell Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85257. This procurement is for the purchase of supplies as listed below that are required to be installed at US Air Force Air Traffic Control Facility. General Dynamic's C4 Systems, Inc., is the manufacturer of the radios and has the sole proprietary rights to the design. The contractor shall provide the CM- 200 VT: VHF Transmitter with Filter; CM-200 VR: VHF Receiver with Filter; CM-200 UT: UHF Transmitter with Filter; CM-200 UR: UHF Receiver with Filter. A commercial Firm-Fixed-Price type contract issued in accordance with FAR 13.5 is anticipated. The required delivery date is 10 September 2007. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334220 and the size standard is 750 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
