- Simultaneous interpretation services including all necessary equipment at Ihilani, Ko'Olina, Kapole, Hawaii for the period 29 October - 02 November 2007. Languages to be interpreted include Japanese, Korean, Russian, French, Portugese, Cambodian, Thai, Vietnamese, and Chinese. A time and materials contract is anticipated. The requirement is being solicited as a 100% small business set aside. NAICS Code 541930 ($6.5 million). A single award will be made the low cost, technically acceptable offeror. This requirement is being solicited pursuant to FAR Part 12 Commercial Item and Far 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The prospective contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The solicitation will be posted on the NECO website on or about 01 September 2007. The NECO URL is www.neco.navy.mil. All amendments and notices shall be posted at the NECO website. It is the offeror's responsibility tot check the website periodically for any amend ments or notices for this solicitation. Inquiries may be made to the contract specialist via email.
